Webmaster / Social Media Manager (Mumbai)

More infoAs Broadview Healthcare's Webmaster, you will be responsible for the performance, enhancement and maintenance of our various web properties. These include the corporate site, the intranet sites, and our online presence.

As an integral member of the team, the webmaster ensures that these properties operate in concert to drive the business, and are fully integrated with demand, customer needs, and social media strategies.

? Implement functionality for our existing technology platform solution along with on-going enhancement work on our website
? Create blueprints for both content and technical development
? Work closely with the sales team to find ways to push the limits of existing Web technology in creating the best possible customer experience

Responsibilities:
? Corporate web site: Enhancement, performance, maintenance and optimization of the corporate web site.
? Intranet web site: Manage and develop the intranet community web site.
? SEO: Implement search engine optimization strategies.
? Social Media Implementation, Monitoring, & Measurement: updating social networking sites, i.e. Twitter and Facebook, publishing blog posts using WordPress, increasing T2K's social media following.
? Email Campaigns: creating and implementing email campaigns through Salesforce and Vertical Response, as well as analyzing metrics and applying insights to future campaigns.
? Manage multiple concurrent projects across functional teams and departments to deliver results

Required Experience:
? 3+ years of professional web developer related experience
? Highly skilled HTML and XML
? Proficiency in web standards and semantically correct web design and layout
? Ability to understand business needs and apply the technology to meet those needs

Preferred:
? Excellent knowledge in maintaining and administrating MS Sharepoint portal environment
Education: BA/BS degree or equivalent work experience
? Should be able to impress with examples of sites you have managed and discuss successful projects
