The job requires a JavaScript developer, not a jQuery tinkerer; someone who knows the ins and outs of the language and will not back down from a challenge.

The ideal candidate has a deep understanding of JavaScript best practices and code optimization. CSS and design skills are a definite plus, but not required for the job.
