Responsibilities:
Under the general direction of the Business Operations Management team, the individual will focus primarily on the following areas: Design and Development of required business management Reporting tools or special requests (queries, pivot tables, etc.) based on requirements from Business Analysts, Business Owners,& users Provide guidance and training (knowledge transfer) to other Developers and Analysts Executing the development/integration of functionality for new Business Objects applicationsAnalysis of business requirements and documentation of technical system designProvide technical support for existing Business Objects based reporting solutions, including the development of enhancement requests and defect resolutionWork with IT development team members to translate client requirements into development projectsCritical Skills: Have advanced level knowledge of programming languages (SQL and MS Access) and techniques to determine the best method to proceed, for a user friendly end result. Have significant skill/knowledge in system functionality, user interface design, structured programs, database design and MS Access migration to SQL.Requirements: Required to work directly with Business Process Analysts to determine requirements.Assist in the analysis of projects, conduct research to determine best methods and/or tools and assists in creating training materialsConduct demo's and training sessions.Serve as a senior analyst on special projects and development of required business management tools
