Requirements:
- Understand concepts and target audiences from our varied clientele.
- Prepare and optimize graphics and website mockups for client approval or modification.
- Provide design consulting on usability, user interfaces and aesthetics.

Skills:
- Expertise in the Adobe Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, Dreamweaver, etc.).
- HTML, Flash, and CSS, skills.
- Understanding of graphic design principles and interaction design.
- Ability to provide creative design solutions for web application, according to stated standards.
- A talent for conceptualizing online experiences.
- Solid understanding for client deliverables, and the desire to take responsibility for them.
- Knowledge of, and experience applying, branding, layout, colour theory, and typography.
- Ability to thrive working in a collaborative, proactive and fast-paced team.
- A passion for staying on top of the latest trends and movements in web design.
