This position involves working on specific projects initiated by Robot Force Management. Projects may include Web-based work or Programming work. This position includes working with and collaborating with Robot Force employees.
The successful candidate will be a dynamic, mature, independent, results oriented individual who is interested in becoming a key contributor to our exciting, growing company. Our team takes ideas and executed them by providing technology solutions that scale to millions of users, serve e-commerce and raise the bar for speed and reliability.
Reporting to the head of Robot Force, the Sr. Web Designer/Project Manager provides the technical and creative know-how to our team and products.

Skills/Qualifications:
? Programming languages: PHP5 , JQuery, Javascript, CSS, Html/XHtml, Mysql.
? Experience building Project Management, Customer Relationship Management and Billing systems/programs.
? Experience in leading teams, keeping team focused and dedicated to the tasks and deadlines and working remotely with teams.
? Develop database-driven Web interfaces for rapid, real-time information sharing.
? Reliable, self-starter and highly motivated team player.
? Proactive with excellent follow-through.
? Strong interpersonal, oral/written communication skills.
? Strong organizational skills and ability to prioritize and excellent attention to detail.
? Ability to work in a fast-paced, team environment or home office with minimum supervision.
? College degree or equivalent training and experience.
? 5+ years in Web Development with 3 years experience in Project Management or leading teams.
? Strong programmer with a mind of an Engineer.
? Strong creative talent.

Working Conditions:
? Must be able to work flexible hours
? Must be able to work from home or an alternate location equipped with a direct phone line and computer.
