This is a strong website design oriented position for a larger corporate website (looking for a "pure" Web Designer, not a Developer). Candidate must have an in depth knowledge of the Canadian market including prior Canadian job history and the ability to work full-time in Toronto, Canada. This is a full-time position, so we are looking for long-term players. Salary will be in US dollars, not Canadian currency (since we are a U.S. based company). Must be Fluent in French and English and be willing to Travel 10% to Richmond, VA. Sorry, no telecommuting.
Required Skills:
? Fluent in French and English is a MUST.
? 5-7+ years of advanced web design and user interface skills with PhotoShop, CSS, Illustrator, and other web design technologies.
? Flash and/or ActionScript would be a plus, but is not required.
? Proven experience delivering creative solutions for a large corporate website.
? Competence in Search Engine Optimization (SEO) and/or copywriting for websites is a plus.
