We are looking for an awesome front end developer. Someone who is great at developing and great at communicating with the design and development teams. You will help mould the vision and then implement it. We are looking for someone who loves to code and has a list of side projects that are proud to show off. If you can thrive in a small team environment, work independently on projects, and are always looking to learn, then we want to hear from you.

The position is full time, salaried and located in downtown Toronto. Local candidates only please.

Responsibilities
· Front End user interface development in a dynamic environment
· Architecting and scaling of the platform

Qualifications:

You are highly proficient in Javascript.

You have working experience and are proficient in HTML, CSS and PHP, and have experience creating dynamic web applications from the ground up.

· A degree in Computer Science or equivalent
· 2+ years of experience preferred
· Experience and proficient in PHP and CSS
· Experience working with LAMP stack
· Proficient in HTML5/HTML, XML, JSON
· Experience with jQuery or Mootools an asset
· Experience with social integrations and APIs
· Knowledge of secure coding practices
· Graphic skills an asset but not required
· Excellent written and oral communication skills

Compensation: Commensurate with experience including benefits and stock options
