Javascript/Jquery UI developer LOCAL ONLY (GTA/TORONTO)

More infoWe are looking for an experienced and advanced Javascript/Jquery UI developer. MUST BE ABLE TO WORK ONSITE

The candidate would work on a contract basis and interact with the client directly along with other team members on the initiative. The project is the redesign of a major application (client and application details to be discussed at interview stage). Current functionality exists from a programming perspective but we are looking for someone to take web page design conceptual and code into HTML/CSS using a framework that has already been put in place.

The candidate would then to need to use javascript/jquery to mock functionality and create a static demo of the application.

Candidate must be Experienced and considered an advanced developer/Designer for :
HTML/CSS
Javascript/Jquery
Jquery UI framework design
Photoshop

Being able to work in Photoshop is an asset when extracting graphic elements, creating css spirites and collaborating with our UI design team. Due to the level of detail and project management required the candidate would need to meet frequently with the client representative for direction and task requests.

Please provide working examples of your javascript experience and specifically any user interface based controls.
