Website design - volunteer (virtual)

I am looking for a student or someone who wants to help design a website for a new company that I am starting up, I literally have no budget whatsoever but I believe it will have some long term success. I am looking for someone who can get the ball rolling to set up a website in turn will start to generate interest etc. and hopefully revenue. If you need projects for your portfolio then we should talk, i am totally cool to give all the credit where credit is due and to tweet and mention to anyone i come across to get you business.
