We have an excellent working environment, great team spirit and plenty of leading edge projects. We are a Microsoft shop with projects built using Visual Studio 2010, C# and SQL 2008. For design tools, we use the Adobe Web Premium and Master Suites - latest version. The right individual will be ready to move into Mobile application development using the C# Mono and Mono Touch toolsets.

We thrive on innovation and encourage new ideas and have organization-wide respect for our work. Our team currently consists of myself as manager (been programming one thing or another since 1981), a SharePoint developer and another Web Developer. We are responsible for our public external sites along with the intranet and a couple dozen custom applications we have created to help the organization. Our FLEX schedule is great, too - allowing each person to arrange their schedule to be able to have a FLEX day off once every other week.
