TITLE: INTERACTIVE WEB DESIGNER

Position requires a versatile, self-motivated web/interactive designer to collaborate with media operations team to successfully design, produce and deliver online and email projects in accordance with the organization's highly competitive standards.

RESPONSIBILITIES
- Enforce brand guidelines in collaboration with other media operations team members
- Publish web content via Content Management System (CMS)
- Become knowledge center for CMS to maximize functionality according to best practices and feature requests
- Encode video and post online per established standards
- Code and execute regular email marketing deliverables according to internal and industry-standard best practices
- Regular metrics reporting
- Initiate and collaborate with various multifunctional team members regarding project timelines, budgets and deliverables as directed
- Work with team members to wireframe and storyboard online experience of virtual products
- Produce standards compliant HTML
- Work with Interactive producer to improve existing and develop new online interactive strategies
- Various other responsibilities and tasks as directed

QUALIFICATIONS
- Strong organizational skills
- Focused attention to detail
- Knowledge of web development skills/tools such as CSS/HTML, Javascript, web templating
- Basic understanding of Flash/actionscript
- Strong knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite
- Ability to debug / cross-browser test code with special attention to W3C standards
- Highly self-motivated with positive attitude with the ability to manage and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment
- Client- and outcome-focused
- Punctual, responsive, and reliable, with the ability to meet aggressive deadlines and handle changing priorities.
- BA in Graphic Design, web design, or related field preferred
- 1-2 years professional experience in web design and online video delivery
- Must be available for domestic and international travel
- Compensation commensurate with experience. Position based in Atlanta, GA. Relocation not available
