Before we start work, we want to create a full fledged UI mockup and a wireframe, which captures the logic and helps people see how the application will work. This is an ambitious project and the idea is still evolving. Hence we would like you to be part of our brainstorming and discussions.
Minimum Qualifications:

Developers - Should have the skills needed to get the above done, which may include:
-ASP.NET in C#
-DHML (HTML, CSS, JS)
-UI (HTML, Photoshop, UI Look and Feel etc)
