I have sat too long with this. I have to post my portfolio and have my heart set on a theme I purchased on Themeforest (Time Goes By)

I've never had trouble uploading a new theme - typically its a cut and paste of the HTML - point my domain at it - and it works. This one isn't and I'm having trouble quickly tracking down the creator via email.

If you can do this, quick and on the cheap - I can insert the assets once the theme and pages are all set. I'd also be looking for some basic instruction if there are any more unexpected surprised from this theme that I'd need to know when I go to upload my images.

My budget is super tight - email me back with your flat rate and hourly should I need anything additional and we'll see if its a fit.
