We need a web developer and designer to build the initial phase of the website.

- Language/technology (HTML, PHP, Dreamweaver, Visual Studio, SQL, Javascript, AJAX, Flash, etc.) that you have worked with
- Years of experience in each of the above
- Competency (1 = low, 10 = high) in each of the above

Once we discuss verbally or in person, you will understand the potential.
