Responsibilities:

? Implement advertising campaigns on a network of websites using ad serving software
? Identify and help resolve website issues related to advertisements being served, running reports, maintaining calendars and coordinating with sales staff.
? Mediate between sales, programmers and design departments to effectively get advertisements served on the websites
? Ensure ads are maintained and running properly on the websites
? Contribute to daily advertising sales meetings
? Send client statistical reports, reminder of flight dates and renewals, coordinate and implement campaigns into an ad server
? Working with contracts, creatives, project management and ad service systems

Qualifications:

? Must have basic technical knowledge and understanding of website and creative coding (HTML, Java script, Flash, CSS)
? Basic understanding of an Ad Servers would be an asset (OpenX, SMART, DART or ZEDO)
? Ability to work independently and team settings
? Ability to multi-task
? Excellent communication (written and verbal) skills
? Detail orientated
? Excellent organizational skills
? Demonstrated ability to work in a fast paced environment and under pressure
? Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications. (EXCEL savvy)
? Administrative experience is an asset
? Ability to work on a Mac
? Ability to work after hours occasionally (Evenings/Weekends)
