Must know the following:
Ability to communicate over Skype or Yahoo IM.
3+ years of experience in the IT industry
Required: Tableless designing
Photoshop
Javascript
PHP
HTML
CSS
JavaScript Debugging

A plus for the following:
AJAX
Blog Creation, set up and promotion
Guest blog writing and posting
