As Franchise Gator's Director of Web Development and Technology, your primary job will be to lead the development team and develop critical strategic plans to deliver business goals. As part of the management team, you will have involvement and input in EVERY aspect of the business. Help us get to the next level in mobile, tablet, and social -- WE NEED YOU!!

This is a fast-paced and creative environment. You will be participating in all critical business decisions that will directly affect the success of the business. Any participation and contributions will have immediate feedback.

Required Skills
* Candidates should have at least 6 years of Web Development experience.
* Must have *RECENT* PHP/MySQL background: LAMP experience is required.
* HTML, XHMTL, CSS, JavaScript, and XML proficiency required.
* Experience as a team or project leader or manager

Additional Qualifications
*Business savvy enough to interface with all levels and disciplines within the organization (dumb it down!!)
*Analytical and quantitative skills; ability to use hard data and metrics to back up assumptions and feature concepts
* Familiarity with the tools required for Lead generation, online advertising, and site optimization
*Exhibits high degree of flexibility and ability to quickly adapt to new or unusual situations. *Ability to prioritize workload and meet deadlines.
