Joomla Creative Scroll to Promocion

I'm building a Web site based on a plugin-as-module and the yootooltip:

I'm adding 3 more blocks of thumbnails with titles, I need to be able to scroll between launching tittles or have a couple "Back" buttons that flows between them (up and down if possible)
