I work primarily with women about how to improve the quality of life and to lose weight without diets and deprivation. I am also a personal trainer certificate and help my clients learn to love the exercise. I'm a wife and mother of three children and hear first hand how life gets in the way and all face challenges to taking care of ourselves!
