& Requirements: experience

* 5 + years experience using Photoshop and/or fireworks
* 5 + years experience using HTML/CSS
* Must be an excellent attitude, be positive and motivated.
* Excellent oral and written communication
* Fluent in English
* Must be able to meet deadlines (no excuses)
* Must be able to give an estimated time of completion, as hours involved and when the project will be completed.
* Must be comfortable working with BaseCampHQ.com and WorkSnaps.com for the employee/contractor monitoring
