Geospatial analyst will also provide support in the area of database management, data processing and analyzing geospatial GIS data sets. The person in this position must be able to apply skills in programming and GIS analysis to address a variety of problems communicating effectively will colleagues and end users and monitor students and hourly employees.

High level of expertise in the following programming languages: ArcGIS software, PostgreSQL, Java, Python, R, and GDAL
Demonstrated experience in developing applications in WebGIS for visualizing geospatial data
Effective verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
