Update your existing Web site with additional button and new page from hnssnv

Hello.
We have an existing website that needs some changes. This is the first change that is needed (for this site) and we will use this first project for a better understanding of the skills and work ethic of successfull bidder chose.
If the selected person understands and produces changes just as we need that this person will also work in the future.

The Web site that we created is called

test. h2tech .com .au

This site contains a copy of the current Web site and will be available for use with full FTP access for development.

What we need is the following

At this moment there are three buttons for page ie, insurance, finance and training.
We need a fourth button created called Dealer Services.This button should work as the current three buttons, but be purple coloured if the mouse is positioned over it.

To accommodate this back button, we need that the size of each of the three existing reduced buttons so that all fit within the existing graphic. Happy for sharing grow title be removed or moved over the button next.

We also need Dealer Services added to the text in the top navigation panel between training and about us.
This URL (and if you click New on) need will take you to a new page similar to what you see when you select one of three existing buttons.
We will provide a graphic to use for the image at the top of the page, but you must edit it in order to achieve the same appearance and how existing pages.

Is this section that will start on future work. we are looking at adding a section where they are available for dealers display pictures and movies. we may also be a section looing at incorparting. This blog here which is not part of the current project.

And finally we need a new selection added to an existing page.

We need exactly the same option ie student manual, added to the next page

Please bid only if you have good skills ASP and PHP. We also need to modify the graphics so that if you don't have these skills not offered.
