Freelance programmer/developer-Work from HOME (India)

The candidate for this job will have the following qualities:

-Fluent English
-Quick Turnaround with his work.
-Professionally done job and will finish each project until the client fully approved
-Be able to accept payments for work done through Paypal.
-Efficient Work extremely cheap & (will take a lot of work for you)
-Work a good amount of hours during the time of the U.S. so that communication is facilitated if possible/
-Have or MSN or GTALK and are actively online to discuss other topics projects &
-Experience working with all its services is extremely necessary
