Requirements
Must be able to work independently and be creative, starter. Must also have the ability to handle multiple projects exactly on schedule, have excellent written and verbal communication skills and be able to work well in a fast-paced, deadline-oriented, diverse working environment. This may include designing and developing complex applications supporting existing Internet applications.

Code:
creating cross-browser compatible, standards-compliant HTML/XHTML, CSS, JavaScript
Deep JavaScript skills and comfort in working with JS frameworks (jQuery, prototype, etc.)
Development experience in one or more of the following languages: Java, Ruby, PHP, or equivalent
Experience with RDBMS (MySQL, Oracle, MS SQL, PostgreSQL, or similar)
A strong foundation in object-oriented programming practices
Experience with version control (SVN, CVS, GIT)
Joomla CMS development is required
